Meet Dr. Shubhashini

With over 17 years of clinical experience across leading hospitals in Bangalore and Mysore, Dr. M.B. Shubhashini began her independent practice by establishing Excellent Physio Care on 15th August 2018, with a clear vision to deliver high-quality physiotherapy rehabilitation and advanced postural analysis and correction. Building on this strong foundation and growing trust, she further expanded her mission by founding Physio Aalaya - a dedicated center focused on providing comprehensive, evidence-based physiotherapy solutions and helping individuals lead a pain-free, active, and healthier life.

2007 - 2009

Shankar Orthopaedic Hospital, Mysore

Began clinical career specialising in orthopaedic and post-surgical physiotherapy, developing a foundation in complex musculoskeletal conditions.

2009 - 2012

Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore

Advanced specialisation in neurological rehabilitation and cardiac physiotherapy at one of India's premier cardiac care hospitals.

2012 - 2018

Sagar Hospitals, Bangalore

Led the physiotherapy department, developing specialised protocols for sports injuries, women's health, geriatric care, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Established Excellent Physio Care on 15th August 2018 with a vision to deliver high-quality physiotherapy rehabilitation and advanced postural analysis.
